What are the trends in corporate apparel for 2025?
From sneaker-look work shoes to influences from the world of fashion, these are the workwear trends for 2025!
Not only do the catwalks determine fashion trends, but in the business market we also see plenty of innovative ideas for workwear. Think of new colors, materials and styles that combine functionality and design. Fashionable workwear brings style, functionality and comfort together and fits the identity of your organization. What do you want to project with your clothing? What do you stand for? Good workwear does more than just look good. It strengthens the team spirit, radiates professionalism and shows customers that you pay attention to quality and detail. It is a powerful business card for your company.
Trend 1: Fashion meets workwear
The line between fashion and workwear is becoming increasingly blurred. At Outfit, we therefore often speak of “corporate fashion. Catering and trade show clothing is looking increasingly hipper and would not be out of place in your private wardrobe. Think for example of sports cord pants (a stylish and comfortable alternative to jeans or chinos), trendy overshirts, fabrics with a wool-like finish and clothing made of materials such as teddy, denim and corduroy. In Stanley and Stella’ s outerwear collection, for example, we see jackets made of teddy fabric.
Workwear also continues to inspire the fashion industry. Cargo pants, dungarees and work jackets are increasingly finding their way onto the catwalks.
Trend 2: Durable materials for workwear
Sustainable workwear continues to evolve. More and more companies are choosing clothing made from sustainable materials that are responsibly produced. At Outfit company wear, we work with brands that offer sustainable collections, such as clothing made from 100% organic cotton or recycled materials such as polyester. We can also make our fully customized productions from environmentally friendly materials.
Circuwear by Outfit
Our own label Circuwear offers a circular solution: reusing or recycling old workwear into new clothing and fabrics. In doing so, you contribute to a better environment and turn your workwear into a powerful marketing tool that communicates your values.
Trend 3: Work shoes are hip!
From work shoe S1 to safety shoe S3, work shoes have long ceased to be just functional. There are more and more color options and some work shoes can even be completely personalized. This allows you to perfectly match your shoes to your work clothes. Many work shoes like these from ATLAS today have a sneaker look, while meeting the highest safety standards. Innovations such as the BOA closure make loose laces a thing of the past.
Trend 4: The perfect fit of corporate clothing or workwear
Comfort plays a crucial role in workwear. Employees perform better and feel more confident when their clothing fits well. When choosing new workwear, it is therefore important to talk to the wearers. What do they think is important? Slim-fit styles, stretch fabrics and lightweight, breathable materials have become indispensable in modern workwear. Fortunately, the range of women’s collections is also increasing. Women’s workwear from Helly Hansen, for example, is designed by women, for women.
We combine protection, style, comfort and identity in our workwear. During a fitting session, we personally advise employees on the right size and, where necessary, apply special length or width measurements.
Trend 5: Green, greener, greenest
Green will be the corporate and workwear color of 2025. Natural green and clay green are favorites in both workwear and fashion, but other shades of green are also popular. Beige is also doing well, especially in representative clothing. While trends are inspiring, it is still important that the colors fit the look of your business.
A zippuller, buttons, running label or badge in an accent color can be a nice addition. We are happy to advise you on the best colors to match your corporate identity. Company clothing does not always have to be made exactly in the corporate identity color. A different shade or contrasting color can create a striking and distinctive effect.
