From design to delivery: one partner for the complete clothing process
We do more than just design, personalize and produce corporate apparel. With additional services, we ensure that the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently. For example, we can manage your clothing inventory centrally. You will always have up-to-date insight, prevent misplacement and save valuable office space.
Through your own clothing webshop – fully set up to your needs – you can easily order clothing via desktop or app. Think of clothing packages per function, ordering rights per employee and real-time insight into the order status. We arrange delivery exactly as you want it: to the office or directly to employees’ homes.
If required, we package clothing per employee and by name. We also deliver in the region with our 100% electric company bus. This way we reduce our ecological footprint and take work off your hands: from order to delivery.
Our working method
We will schedule an appointment to discuss your needs and the possibilities. You decide how we work together.
A clothing line will be created that works for you. With smart- and full custom-made clothing, our designer creates several designs.
Once the design, compiled clothing line and quote are agreed upon, we organize a fitting session with the employees.
Once the size chart is complete, the clothing goes into production at one of our partners or is ordered and printed or embroidered and other personalizations in our own workshop.
Of full custom made clothing, we first receive a sample. This undergoes a thorough quality control. Of course, we look at the item together to assess whether it is completely to your liking.
We can stock your new corporate apparel and deliver it when and where you want it. Would you prefer to receive the clothing immediately? Of course that is possible too.
We set up a personal webshop and/or app for you that offers overview and convenience. Ordering is a snap. With tailored clothing packages, ordering rights per employee and delivery anywhere you want.
Clothing yet to be ordered and personalized will be delivered within 10 business days. Clothing from stock we deliver within 48 hours.
With our label Circuwear by Outfit, we ensure that discarded clothing is collected and recycled into new yarns and fabrics. Or we turn them into a new product. This is how we contribute to a circular future.

We go beyond beautiful design. That is why we consciously choose materials with minimal impact on people and the environment, such as recycled polyester and organic cotton. With our label Circuwear by Outfit, worn clothing gets a second life: as a raw material for new clothing or as a completely different product. This is how we work together towards a circular future.
Even within our own business operations, we are continuously working on sustainability. In doing so, we are assessed by EcoVadis, a globally recognized platform for sustainability and corporate social responsibility. We were recently awarded a bronze medal.
