What we ourselves do about sustainability
In 2025, we achieved the EcoVadis Bronze Medal in recognition of our achievements in sustainability. After our Commited Badge at the first assessment, we have made considerable strides and are now among the top 35% of more than 150,000 assessed companies worldwide.
EcoVadis is a globally recognized platform that supports companies in measuring and improving their sustainability performance and corporate social responsibility (CSR). The assessment is based on three pillars: environment, labor and human rights, and ethics.
We have already made significant improvements:
- Use of as many recycled and natural materials as possible in our clothing productions
- All-electric fleet and regional delivery with an electric company van
- Recycled packaging materials and printing paper
- 100% eco-friendly bamboo toilet and kitchen paper
- Embroidery thread made of 100% recycled polyester
- Eco-friendly cleaning products
In addition, we only work with suppliers and manufacturers that we have known and trusted for years. Partners with an eye for people and the environment. That means, among other things: fair wages and good working conditions. All our partners sign the Outfit Code of Conduct.
Some of our goals for 2026:
- Increase the number of recycled garments by 25%
- Increase the proportion of recycled materials in our packaging material to 60%
- Further reduce CO₂ emissions and offset the rest
- Critically assess each step in our production chain to make better choices for people and the environment
Room for improvement
We continue to monitor our objectives and translate them into concrete actions and results to make our organization and products more sustainable. In 2026, we will again be assessed by EcoVadis. The goal: at least a silver medal!

Outfit Sustainability Award.
We inspire our customers to choose sustainable corporate clothing and encourage them not to throw away worn clothing, but to return it for recycling or upcycling. To further emphasize the importance of conscious choices, we introduced the Outfit Sustainability Award in 2023. We present this award annually to a customer who excels in sustainable initiatives.

- Start recycling – request a recycling box and give worn clothing a second life as a raw material or new product.
