From worn clothing to valuable raw material

Our corporate clothing is made to last and preferably made from environmentally friendly materials. And with proper care, your clothing will last even longer. But is your workwear eventually worn out? Then we’ll make sure your clothing doesn’t end up in the trash, but gets a second life through recycling or upcycling.

Recycling old company clothing

Worn clothing is not waste, but a valuable resource. Together with our partner Gaia Circular, we collect old company clothing and PPE in special collection boxes. Once the boxes are full, they are collected and processed: the materials are cleaned, sorted and processed into new raw materials. This way, your clothing gets a new life and together we contribute to a circular economy.

Did you know…

  • in the Netherlands 160 million kilos of textiles disappear into the incinerator every year?
  • the textile industry is one of the most polluting industries worldwide?
  • 25% of water pollution is caused by textile dyeing?
  • an average of 100 liters of water is needed for 1 kilo of textiles?

This is precisely why we look beyond the clothing itself. We pay attention to the entire chain: who are our manufacturers, what are the working conditions like, and where do the fabrics come from?

Upcycling old company clothing

Sometimes clothing is still so good that we can turn it into new products. Think of bags, bean bags or saddle covers. Together with our partner we look at the quality of the fabric and the amount of material to be used. In their sheltered workshop your clothes get a second life and you make a direct impact on people and the environment.

Together we make a difference
